Should there be extenuating circumstances, GIFT A CADDY will assess based on the situation and offer a refund or store credit.

In the event that a blanket has gone to print, that component may not be refunded and will be charged at a price of $59.99 + $20 embroidery fee.

Damages

Please thoroughly inspect your caddy upon receiving but please note all quality checks have taken place prior to being packed. If you have received the wrong item please get in touch to rectify.

If your order is determined to have been damaged during transit due to the carriers fault, we will provide you with a replacement of said item. This replacement will be available within 24 hours of contacting.
